Description: Central to the SACNAS Leadership Institute is the Leadership Development Plan (LPD). The LDP is built on leadership assessments and is a guide for organizing one’s professional development. This workshop will offer an overview of the LDP and insights into how students and professionals can utilize the LDP model.
