Description: This workshop combines self-presentation and faculty development in an interactive format that encourages highly personal learning. It will 1) use role-pays of the groups own cases, 2) coach participants in strategic management of discussions and negotiations, 3) present strategies that underrepresented and minority faculty members find particularly effective.
