Description: Lack of access, opportunity, and inclusion results in inequity and ultimately to decreased potential for professional success. Through guided activities, this workshop will focus on how development of an open and engaging environment, with specific efforts on inclusion of underrepresented individuals has potential to bridge some inherent gaps in equity.
