Description: Participants will acquire an understanding of how small conferences can promote career success, develop skills and networking tools necessary for identification of, and participation at, scientific conferences. This workshop will use discussion and audience interaction, and communication exercises, to explore strategies for successfully engaging in gatherings of scientific peers.
