Description: Since 2003, the HHMI Exceptional Research Opportunities Program (EXROP) program has provided mentored research experiences for undergraduates in the labs of HHMI investigators and professors. EXROP faculty and student participants will share experiences and perspectives on how the program supports efforts to diversify the science professoriate.
