Description: Have you ever wondered about the different types of biomedical research or how they are applied to studying infectious diseases? Examples of basic, translational and clinical research on Malaria, HIV/AIDS, MRSA and Tuberculosis will be presented. NIH training programs that provide opportunities to gain research experience will be described.
