Description: Dr. Rodriguez is a professor in the Department of Molecular & Cellular Biology and director of the Center of Excellence in Nutritional Genomics and the Global HealthShare Initiative at UC Davis. His current research investigates the impact of dietary signals on the epigenetic regulation of gene function.
