Description: The workshop will include seminars on leading edge research in astrophysics, materials science, nuclear physics, medical physics, and particle physics. In addition, there will be professional development workshops on how to get the most out of the SACNAS National Conference, how to succeed with the physics GRE test, and how to succeed as a undergraduate/graduate student. The workshop will also include tours of the research labs at UT- San Antonio and at the Southwest Research Institute. Students and faculty interested in physics are invited to attend
