Description: This session will investigate challenges and barriers to success for historically underrepresented groups in STEM. Through discussions, breakout groups and other activities, participants will gain self-awareness through introspection, and will share knowledge and skills that provide the greatest potential for success in environments where certain groups remain sorely underrepresented.
