		Description: This session is intended for undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in creating and/or maintaining a SACNAS chapter at their home institution. Drawing from experiences at NIH-SACNAS, we will highlight critical factors involved in forming a chapter, motivating participation, and designing/organizing events that foster members’ career development.
