Corey Garza, PhD, Assistant Professor, California State University, Monterey Bay and Sarah Mesnick, PhD, Ecologist, National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration, Southwest Fisheries Science Center

Description: Addressing environmental issues in the ocean traditionally involves identifying a single cause responsible for an observed impact. However, the complexity of the ocean requires that researchers adopt synergistic scientific approaches to sustain healthy oceans. In this session, ocean researchers will present multidisciplinary research aimed at sustaining healthy ocean ecosystems.
