Description: All NSF proposals must include discussion of the “broader impacts” (BI) of the proposed work. This session will explore ways that generating/expanding diversity can be considered a broader impact of your research, and introduce participants to the “National Alliance for Broader Impacts”, a new organization to support BI efforts nationwide.
